Able to use CAD/CAM Software
Can Generate CNC Programs for Lathes / Milling Machines
In house training for candidates who use other software
Pay Based on Experience

CNC Machinist:
Set up and run CNC Lathes
Set up and run Milling Machines
Pay Based on Experience
03.
CNC Programmers:
Milling-CAD/CAM Based Programmer Lathe
CAD/CAM or MDI Programmer
CMM Programming a plus for either position
Able to use CAD/CAM Software
Can Generate CNC Programs for Lathes / Milling Machines
In house training for candidates who use other software
02.
CNC Setup: Milling and Turning Department
Must be able to setup, troubleshoot and make minor program edits.
Ability to work with little supervision
Make detailed setup logs, be neat and organized
Inspection of Parts
Knowledge of GD&T
CMM experience a plus
03.
CNC Operator:
Run CNC Lathes
Run Milling Machines
Ensure parts are being made properly
Deburr equipment and parts
Set up and run saws
Pay based on experience
04.
Deburrer / General Shop Help:
Deburr Equipment and Parts
Set up Saw Equipment
Run Saw Equipment
Pay based on experience

Manual Machinist
Program, Setup and Operate Bridgeport with Proto-Trak CNC control
Hardinge Chucker and Hardinge Tool Makers Lathe
Make Jigs and Fixtures
Some Surface Grinding
Make detailed setup logs, be neat and organized
Inspection of Parts
Knowledge of GD&T
CMM experience a plus
